Welcome to website www.storline.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE). The WEBSITE is owned by STOR, S.L., with Spanish Tax Code (“C.I.F.”) B-28256873, registered office at Paseo General Martínez Campos, nº 53, 28010 - Madrid (hereinafter STOR), and registered at the Commercial Registry of Madrid on volume 2966, folio 62, page M-50861. This LEGAL WARNING regulates the access to and use of the WEBSITE, and you should thus read it with care.

The access to and use of the WEBSITE attribute to you the status of User of the site and imply acceptance of this LEGAL WARNING, notwithstanding the particular conditions that may be required for the use of certain specific services offered by STOR through the WEBSITE such as, for example, the purchase of products through their electronic contracting.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

STOR holds Intellectual Property rights over all items forming the WEBSITE and subject matter of this discipline, including but not limited to the texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software and photographs, music, videos, sound, databases, pictures, expressions and information and other protectable content.

STOR shall also have Industrial Property rights over the distinctive signs, designs and inventions contained in the WEBSITE and that are a subject matter of this discipline.

Purchase of products through the web

The services that STOR offers to the User at the WEBSITE include the purchase of products through their electronic contracting.

Exemption from liability

STOR is unable to warrant to the USER the reliability or the correct operation of the WEBSITE, or the absolute absence of viruses or harmful components. Nevertheless, STOR represents that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its possibilities and in accordance with the state of the art, to ensure the correct and adequate operation of the WEBSITE and undertakes, to the extent possible, to act in ordinary diligence in the remedy of any potential errors that may occur, be they technical or of any other nature, provided that this is not rendered unfeasible or difficult to implement given the circumstances.

Safeguard clause

Should any provision(s) of these general conditions be deemed null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any court, tribunal or responsible public body, such nullity or unenforceability shall not have effects on the rest of the provisions of the general conditions or on the eventual particular conditions of the potential various services of STOR, to the extent that the rest of the conditions may remain in effect.

Forum and jurisdiction

The relationship established between STOR and the User under these conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.
